Although the cause of myopia is inconclusive.

Part of the high myopia is due to family inheritance, and the other is due to acquired behaviors (Reading, 3C products, electric toys)that cause myopia.

The main cause of myopia is excessive use of eyes at close distances for a long time.

If the eye is used for a long time, the ciliary muscle will be in a tight state for a long time, and the pressure of the vitreous body of the eyeball will increase, which will eventually cause the eyeball to become longer and the cornea to be more curved.
